Quarter Moon began its life in Muncie Indiana the early 1990’s, before Allan and I married. We started out on the vendor circuit, exhibiting at summer festivals, flea markets, new age fairs, and craft shows. In 1993 Quarter Moon was awarded Best of Kroger Circlefest in the arts and crafts division of the popular Indianapolis festival.

In 1994 Quarter Moon opened a small boutique in Downtown Muncie, Indiana. The shop was closed in 2000, after the renovation of Downtown Muncie and the subsequent “upscaling” of its businesses. Quarter Moon continued to exhibit at show and festivals, most notably the Old Washington Street Festival in Muncie.

In 2011, Quarter Moon relocated to the beautiful hi-desert of Southern California, in Rimrock, near historic Pioneertown, with the mountains of the San Bernardino National Forest in our back yard.

In recent years, Quarter Moon jewelry has been sold in area gift shops and retail boutiques in East Central Indiana, including Art & Soul by Phoebe, Danner’s Books & Gifts, and Cortex Hair Center, and in Southern California at the Cosmic American Outpost and at Funky & Darn Near New vintage clothing store.
